“Free plan basics”
Pros
One thing that works really well is the free option. If you only need a basic setup and don't rely on extra features or add-ons, you can use it without paying anything which is a big plus.
Cons
Feature I wasn't happy with was the phone icon that stays on the chat widget for callback requests since there's no way to turn it off. Customer support has also been somewhat inconsistent so getting help can feel a bit hit or miss.

“Quick integrations”
Pros
Getting started was easy and using it day to day feels very simple. It also connects well with messengers and social networks which made setup even more convenient. The free plan is a nice bonus since it lets you properly try the platform before committing to a paid license.
Cons
The AI chatbot still feels like it's in the early stages and setting it up and using it takes a bit of time.

Working on a dairy farm has made me really interested in raising this type of cattle so I was glad to come across this site. The instructions here are very clear and well done and that's something I appreciated a lot.
Cons
