“Flexible support”
Pros
One thing I really appreciate is how flexible they are with us. We're a smaller company than many of their other customers but they still work with us respectfully and make us feel valued. We've brought them quite a few difficult requests and I've genuinely appreciated the patience and effort they continue to show while helping us do what's best for our users.
