After years with Trustpilot, switching away felt like a huge relief. The service is much more affordable, support is almost immediate whenever we have questions or run into issues and the whole system is far better to work with. We no longer deal with fake reviews or spam, the monthly pricing is easy, the SEO value is there and my team really enjoys using the interface. It's honestly 100 times better than Trustpilot.

Trustpilot turned into a terrible experience for us over the years. Prices kept climbing drastically while support kept getting worse and the interface badly needed updating. But this tool is great and perfect for us. We really like using this tool after years of bad experiences. It was a relief after installing it.

Getting started took some time because it wasn't especially user-friendly at first though it does become easier to work with over time.

Right away, the interface felt very easy and simple to use. Their Magento integration also looks fantastic and the support they provided around that was outstanding. The auto-moderation feature for reviews below a certain score is a really smart touch as well.

About the only thing that stands out as a minor annoyance is having to send at least one message to the customer before being able to request a review removal. I can see the reason for it but in some rare cases it really isn't necessary. Just a small nitpick overall.

Service has felt first class. It's not a one-size-fits-all setup which has been a big plus for us since we run a custom cart and webstore. The platform has given us the flexibility to implement everything exactly the way we wanted and the pricing has been very reasonable as well.

There's not much to complain about. Responding to negative reviews does take some effort but that investment also pushes us to keep improving all the time.
