Lets us monitor website visitors in real time which has been incredibly useful. Seeing how people interact with our site gives us valuable insight and makes it much easier to pass strong potential leads over to the sales team.

Cons

The platform can feel a bit overwhelming for new users at first but with some hands-on training, they should be able to build confidence and use all of the tracking tools effectively.
