super helpful for appointments but client organization is glitchy

Pros

I have been using this to book my appointments and honestly... it's been super helpful. It keeps everything simple and makes scheduling so much easier for me.

Cons

Although it was useful for booking clients I found the client organization to be full of glitches.

Helpful reminder feature

Pros

I find it really easy to use and it works perfectly for everything I need. The reminder feature is amazing..it keeps me from forgetting important appointments and helps me stay on top of my schedule without any stress.

Cons

I think the integration with Google could be better and the price could definitely be more attractive.

Functional and easy-to-use scheduling

Pros

What I love most is how functional it is and the variety of options it offers. It makes scheduling appointments easy and thanks to it I stay organized and always know what's coming up next.

simple and clean tool

Pros

With my busy schedule I really appreciate how simple and clean this program is. I can quickly check available appointment times which saves me a lot of back-and-forth. Overall I am pretty happy with what it offers.

Cons

app occasionally slowed down and it's annoying that you need to be connected to the internet all the time to use it.

easy communication functionality but poor integration

Pros

One thing I really like is how great it is with reminders. Plus it makes it easy for me to communicate directly with my doctor's office which makes managing appointments so much smoother.

Cons

the integration between the office and the app for scheduling appointments is pretty poor.

best for small businesses

Pros

this works great as an appointment scheduling tool whether you are running a small, medium or even large business. It's simple enough for clients to use and also easy for business owners to manage.

Cons

I found that integrating my Google calendar took a little time.... not sure if it was a technical error.

Convenient Google sync

Pros

i appreciate that it connects with Google Calendar and other Google tools. It's so convenient for me to keep everything synced. The reminders are also fantastic and the system shows useful info that helps me manage calls and appointments better.

Cons

I still don't have the option to attach files with macros.

Mostly smooth but poor support

Pros

It's generally very easy to use and most of the time it works smoothly for me. As long as there are not any glitches, the overall experience is pretty simple and convenient.

Cons

Customer/technical support is extremely poor. I've had an ongoing issue with the system and it's really frustrating for both me and my clients. I contacted support and while they acknowledged theres a bug, it has not been fixed. It's been over two weeks and I have not received an email update. I emailed them again and no response. I am paying $29.99/month for this service and I am really disappointed with the lack of support. The support was great when I first started using it over two years ago but now they have added features, raised the price and downgraded technical support. Switching booking systems is a huge task but I now have no choice. I don't recommend it.

doing decent, could be better

Pros

the main reason I have stuck with it is how easy it is to set up. I can quickly create time slots and appointments whenever I need and it works reliably. The mobile version is especially helpful because it makes everything feel smooth when I am on the go.

Cons

It's doing okay but I feel like it could do a lot better with improvements to the interface, adding new features, fixing the laggy nature and having a cooler graphical interface. Also it would be great if notes could be visible to others on the slot.

smooth to use with mobile app

Pros

I really like how easy it is to use. The price is reasonable and I especially love that there's a mobile app option so I can manage everything on the go.

Cons

I would love to see an automated follow-up email asking how my clients are doing and requesting a review on Google or FB with links to make it easy for them. It would also be great if I could set how many days after the session it's sent.

works for digital payments

Pros

With this I can manage my daily work digitally without much effort. It even has an online payment feature which is great because I no longer have to rely on cash. I can just enable the payment option from the dashboard and receive payments easily.

Cons

I don't have any major dislikes but the UI is a bit dull.

Clear availability and great customer service

Pros

one of the best things for me is that my clients can clearly see my availability. The app shows them when I am free and when I'm already booked which cuts down on unnecessary messages and saves me so much time. I can also update my available times whenever plans change which happens a lot. I really appreciate the buffer time feature too, as it lets me take breaks between appointments. their customer service is fantastic. The support link is easy to find and whenever I reach out, the team responds quickly and positively. It also includes an inbuilt calendar that helps me stay organized and if I prefer, I can sync it with Google Calendar or other calendars. Another standout feature is the automatic text reminder system which is incredibly helpful.

Cons

Sometimes if I use the app for too long especially on Android, it starts to slow down. I just restart the app to fix it. Also there's no option to manually sort my services other than by alphabetical or chronological order. I feel like the payment options are limited...clients prefer more ways to pay.

I love how simple and easy this software is to use. I actually looked into it because I heard it works really well and my experience with it has been great.

Cons

I can not use it with Mac or Windows and there are no webinars but other than that it's a great software program that can really help.

Quick setup with payment method limitations

Pros

What I really liked was how easy it was to set everything up. I could do it quickly on my computer or phone, confirm appointments and have reminders automatically sent out. We were trying to automate a few things quickly and this software worked perfectly for that.

Cons

only issue we ran into was that we could not offer a payment method that a lot of our customers wanted. I'm sure they have fixed it by now but at the time, we didn't have time to wait for that update and we needed a solution that was easy to use.

Useful software but lacks reporting features

Pros

I find it really easy to work with. The chat support option is also really useful especially when I'm setting up new providers or adding new services.

Cons

the thing I least like is that it does not have great reporting features or data collection capabilities. I'd love for it to offer these so I can keep using it for my small business.

Reliable appointment scheduling and reminders

Pros

i enjoy the simplicity of it. The appointment scheduling and reminder features work extremely well and are very reliable. I like how many things are automated like appointment confirmations and reminders which saves me so much time.

Cons

I had no issues at all during my time using it. Everything fit my needs as a consumer using this software.

easy scheduling with missing auto-payments

Pros

so easy for me to set my availability, create appointments, block off time and add new customers. The interface feels interactive and the text reminders and notifications work really well.

Cons

you can't set up auto-payments for recurring sessions. This should have been a no-brainer and it was actually one of the main reasons I set up this platform. I'll probably continue to use it while I look for an alternative.

helps me stay on track with reminders

Pros

this software has been wonderful for me. My schedule is very busy and I can be a bit forgetful sometimes but it keeps me on track with my lessons. The text message reminders are incredibly helpful because they make sure i am always on time and prepared for my clients.

Cons

Sometimes.. I find it inconvenient that you can't respond to messages you receive through text.
