“Vivantio is the BEST
Pros
Vivantio software is the best for IT Service Management. Also it is highly configurable and I have had a great experience with their responsive support team. They really know how to help when needed.
Cons
The interface is not as customizable as I liked. I wish I could change the text to black instead of gray for easier reading, reduce the white space and have key ticket data always visible.

“Fits all our needs
Pros
I love how it lets me monitor and manage tickets through incident reporting. Plus the alerts and management tools are super handy and the customization options fit our needs perfectly.
Cons
The mobile version is a bit tricky to use for now, not the most user-friendly I would say.

“Great IT Service Management software
Pros
The interface is super clean and easy to navigate. Plus it makes tracking things pretty simple. I also love that I can tweak it to fit our business needs perfectly, which is a huge bonus. With Vivantio, we are able to tackle all kinds of issues, whether it's something simple like missing mice and keyboards at workstations or big problems like server and networking issues.
Cons
It is missing a full-fledged Remote Support Tool, which I feel like if available would be super helpful.

“Very easy to use
Pros
Setting it up and customizing it was a hassle free task. I didn't have to struggle at all.
Cons
Vivantio reporting tool can be a little finicky, and sometimes the labels are confusing, making it harder for us to get the right data.

“Vivantio makes IT services simpler
Pros
With it, it is really simple to create a ticket or respond to a client's service request.
Cons
We are still working with Vivantio to see if they can help us solve some issues with tracking service contracts. We are also trying to figure out how to get the right reports from the platform.

“Good, but has it's flaws
Pros
Vivantio software is easy to use, and our company is seamlessly integrated with it.
Cons
Adding assets is proven to be a bit of a problem for us since it has to be done one by one instead of in bulk.

“I have so many great things to say about it
Pros
There is honestly a huge list of pros, but the control and visibility of tickets stand out. Being able to track tickets and know their exact status when customers check is such an invaluable feature.
Cons
Setting up the ticket flow in the background was quite difficult. Maybe because our flow is pretty complex, especially since it involves integration with DevOps.

“We are amazed by Vivantio
Pros
We absolutely love the simple yet effective design for tickets, both from the user's and engineer's perspective. It is an all in one solution that just works exceptionally well for us.
Cons
The default reports aren't as sharp as we would like them to be. Luckily, we have in-house report designers who've been able to build reports that suit our business needs.

“User-Friendly....
Pros
The user-friendly interface is amazing. Plus it is so easy to understand, even for beginners.
Cons
Sometimes the software lags and causes the computer to freeze for a moment which annoys me mainly when I am working on an important task.

“Offers great support
Pros
The support team is amazing. Their help really betters the experience and ensures we are getting the most out of Vivantio. The platform itself is solid and packed with features and without a doubt it is a comprehensive service management tool that covers all the bases and works really well for our needs.
Cons
It slows down. It happens mostly when dealing with large amounts of data or during peak usage times.

“Has so many great features
Pros
I use it every day, and it's been great. The customization options are amazing. Plus they offer features that other products just don't have, which really makes this software stand out for me. It is definitely a step ahead of others I have tried.
Cons
It takes a little while to get logged in and navigate around, but there are not too many drawbacks that I remember.

“Everything we need is available here
Pros
Vivantio software does everything I need and more. The rich text editor for emails with branding is a great feature and I love how you can set granular permissions for users. The ITSM package is packed with automation options. The support team is incredible and the system's flexibility lets you keep things as simple or detailed as you need. I have never experienced outages and the performance has been solid throughout. The queue management and task ownership features are also top-notch.
Cons
There isn't much I dislike about Vivantio, though simplifying the software a bit could make it even better.

“Exceptional product and service
Pros
The customization is impressive as it is easy to make changes even after launching the system. You can mess up and still fix things, which is great. It offers everything we need and feels like it has endless possibilities.
Cons
The difference between the admin area and the technician portal can be a bit confusing sometimes. I think the back-end admin area could use an upgrade to the FLEX environment.

“Vivantio's approval process is its standout feature
Pros
Our company uses this software internally, so our employees are like our customers. I was able to set up workflows that assign tasks for approvals, things like hardware or software purchases and system access requests. Regular employees do not need licenses for these approvals, which is something the competition didn't offer. The Self-Service portal turned out beautifully and has been super useful for our team. The feedback from employees has been fantastic. On top of that, the customer support team is incredibly hands-on and helpful. I've worked with other software before and while they had more documentation, their reps were practically unavailable. Vivantio's team is the complete opposite.
Cons
The setup really relies on the Vivantio reps and the self-help configuration is not very helpful. The reps do an awesome job guiding us through it, but some people prefer to do it themselves. I've worked with other software before, and while they had more documentation, their reps were nowhere to be found.

“Affordable ITSM tool
Pros
I used Vivantio daily for six years, and while my organization did not use it to its full potential, the features we did use were excellent. The interface is simple and easy to pick up, and it is reasonably customizable to fit your organization's needs. The layout is ITIL-based, so if your organization does not follow that framework, it might not be the best fit. However, it covers all the essentials like asset management, reporting, CRM management and self-service portals. I cannot fully compare it to other ITSM tools, but for what I needed, it was perfect. They also offer managed and self-managed versions depending on your organizations size and expertise. I did not get to use the latest Flex version fully, but from the little I did try, it felt intuitive and time-saving. Overall, I think Vivantio offers excellent value for money.
Cons
Honestly, I don't have anything I really dislike about the software itself.
