Pros

From the first time I worked with it the tool felt a lot like having a seasoned IT teammate on hand. I really liked the barcode check-in and check-out workflows the great Active Directory integration and the reporting for costs, purchase orders and warranties.

Cons

At times, new network discovery would fail to pick up newly added end-of-range devices unless I manually figured out that an intentional sync was needed.
