“Flexible for every team”
Pros
One thing I really appreciate is how flexible the platform is. It works well for multiple purposes and gives different departments a reliable way to communicate with customers. The setup was also easy and didn't take much effort to get going.
Cons
Like any texting platform, there's still a required process for regulation and integration. They do their best to simplify it but it can still feel a little tedious to work through.
