“BDC goals keep getting crushed”
Pros
Month after month, this has kept my team engaged, focused and consistently hitting our BDC call targets. We keep setting new records across different metrics.
Cons
I honestly do not have any major complaints. Since it is highly customizable, it can take a little time to learn all the details and how everything works but once you get comfortable with it, it is excellent.
