Pros
Everything clicks into place once the setup is done. After connecting my calendars and setting up the appointment types, it pretty much takes care of itself. Honestly, it just works.
Cons
A few configuration options are tucked away so it sometimes takes me several tries to remember where a specific setting is located when I want to change it.

In my opinion everything syncs perfectly with M365 and the appointment options are added to the calendar automatically. Setting up a booking page is simple, practical and it does exactly what I need.
Cons
There's still no Android app which would make the mobile experience much more convenient for users.

It's become essential for keeping my training schedule organized and handling client consultation requests efficiently.
Cons
Clients do get confused at times by the multiple suggestions and how time slot lengths are set up. If I ask them to request at least 2 hours, they may submit two back-to-back 1-hour slots instead of one full 2-hour block.
