Pros

Right from the start, this tool felt very simple. The implementation team has been excellent, helping us get everything set up, launched and maintained. It is very easy to use and just as easy to teach to my sales team. My salesperson, Kelly Swim, was absolutely amazing throughout the process. She guided me from purchasing the software through implementation and was always available to answer my questions. The implementation team especially Jon Imeri, is consistently responsive and very helpful. Even when Jon is unavailable, I can reach out to Kelly and get help right away which really keeps things moving quickly.

Cons

Early on the lack of Microsoft Teams integration was a real challenge for me. They have since added it but it was definitely a tough point at the time.
