All the promises that came from our sales rep when he came in to discuss the product. We were all so excited about it and were prepared for the learning curve until we were up to speed.
Cons
Then we got the product. There was no follow through after we signed the contract. The onboarding process was an absolute fiasco with the Sales man who disappeared after we signed and Onboard rep who never once answered his phone and would not return phone calls.. He occasionally would send an email acknowledging he received your call and then would point us at a random support article that had nothing to do with the issue we were having. They ported us before they finished onboarding us ... and then day one we couldn't take credit card payments from clients. When we called the non existent tech support all they could do is send a message to some other Team who would reach out some time the next day. Then when they didn't and we called back they again said no one was avail to help right now. The Doctor has watched out frustration with these guys for several weeks now and is ready to pull the plug. I am so very disappointed . The product might be all that the sales literature says it is... but the implementation and product support are non existent.

“I absolutely love Weave”
Pros
We have tried 3 other texting and phone systems and this one stands out as the best. It's easy to use and set up and they constantly add new features based on user feedback.
Cons
The app version does not match the desktop or web version. Some features are missing and it's a bit frustrating. I'm happy that templates were added to the app though. I also wish my signature would show up. If a client has multiple pets with appointments at the same time and it only confirms one of them.

“They claim it's mobile-friendly but it's not”
Pros
The office and desktop functionality is fantastic and it integrates seamlessly with my practice management system, its good.
Cons
I was assured that this service would work well for my mobile business and I explained in detail how I handle communication while on the go. While I was aware of a few limitations such as not being able to use my vehicle controls to make and receive calls, I decided to give it a try. Unfortunately what I experienced was a system that became glitchy when in motion, frequently freezing my phone and forcing me to restart it multiple times to get it working again. Navigating through the menu for voicemail, calls and messages was cumbersome and not ideal while driving. Also you will need mobile WiFi to prevent dropped calls or delays but even with that, I still experienced issues.

“Think carefully before making a decision”
Pros
Initially the sales pitch sounded great and it promised to make life easier but there were quite a few things they did not mention upfront.
Cons
There is no direct way to speak to a supervisor. I had to go through multiple tech support tiers and after waiting on the phone for 90 minutes, my issue still was not resolved. They only give you 100 forms, which is something they don not tell you during the sales process. As a busy dental office with 40 years of experience, having great tech support is a must!

Pros
This system is perfect for tech savvy users with plenty of time to research and learn. I especially love how Weave sends an automatic text when we miss an incoming call.
Cons
There is no on site training. You are expected to figure everything out and set it up on your own.

“Terrible experience with both the product and support”
Pros
Honestly the only thing I liked about the software was what was shown to us during the demo before purchasing, which unfortunately didn't match the actual product or support. The low cost initially seemed like a great deal but now it's clear that you get what you pay for.
Cons
The entire experience specially the support, was a disaster. We had issues porting from our previous software (Podium) and our so called "dedicated team" was unavailable throughout the process. Despite informing them that we could only port our phone number on a Monday (our closed day), they initiated the port on a Tuesday during business hours without consulting us first. As a result we were without phone lines for hours, making it impossible for our patients to reach us. When we contacted them for updates (unaware that they were porting our number that day) we were told no port was happening, only to be contacted hours later by the same person we would been trying to reach, informing us that the port was complete. The product functionality was also a huge letdown. Many "features" were half baked and not ready for use even though they had been launched. Several promised functionalities weren't available at all. But apparently, everything we need is "on the roadmap" to be implemented next year.

“It's a good start but can be better”
Pros
Weave handles calls, texts and faxes really well. However I tend to limit my use due to the eye straining interface. I'd love to use dark mode without everything collapsing. Still it's convenient to have all our communications in one place.
Cons
The interface is hard on the eyes and the ability to alter colors and fonts is buggy and poor.
