Pros

Having tools that let non-technical business users build workflows has been a huge win for us. They help the whole team move through different processes in a consistent, standardized way and the visibility into workflow status has completely changed how our operations team manages processes across the group.

Cons

We're looking forward to seeing more integrations with the third-party products we use so we can reduce the fragmentation across our tool set.
