“Easy questionnaire sharing
Pros
You can easily build custom questionnaires and share them far and wide, it's perfect for reaching exactly the audience you need, whether it's a small team or a massive community.
Cons
I'm a big fan of the entire platform and don't have any criticisms.

“great real-time displays
Pros
The real-time displays are a massive advantage especially being able to build custom scores, like a Brand Health metric, by combining different data points. That's my favorite aspect of the platform.
Cons
A few of the tools still feel a bit simple. For instance, if I want a trend graph that shows both monthly and quarterly labels together, I can't. Right now, I have to make two different charts which makes the overview page, which isn't very fast to begin with, even more clunky.

Pros
Their staff partners with you for studies of any scale to make sure the entire project is a win.
Cons
The way it interprets written responses could be better but I trust the developers are looking into it.

“Simple survey system!
Pros
The system is simple, welcoming and great for building forms, viewing reports and using the main dashboard. You can send out surveys using text messages, email and now even WhatsApp.
Cons
While most parts are simple we sometimes have special requests from other departments that need adjustments to the system. The support crew is always great about helping us but getting those updates implemented isn't instant.

Pros
It's a low-cost and simple method to earn a little extra money. I'd tell anyone to try it because it's so practical and simple to operate particularly since you don't need a web connection to use it!
Cons
There's very little I don't like though I wish they'd promote their product more actively like their competitors do.

Pros
Pretty cool how simple it was to operate. It offered a few different payment tiers and the more I used it, the more I got out of it.
Cons
The form would sometimes lag or respond slowly and it happened on multiple devices not just my own.

It's user-friendly and the help team is wonderful. You get a lot for what you pay.
