It is an amazing tool that will help us grow our inside sales team as we work on setting up a call center to bring in more appointments for our account executives.

I find it a bit challenging to use. So you will need a basic understanding of backend functionality to navigate it easily.

It efficiently organizes, stores and retrieves data for decision-making processes. Also its user-friendly dashboard makes data mining easy for us by providing clear and objective insights to guide project management decisions. Overall it strengthens decision-making without any additional cost.

Troubleshooting was a challenge for us at first but with help from the support team, we were able to work through it. Things are going smoothly now.

I really like how easy it is to navigate the system and how user friendly the interface is. Plus Yonyx offers simple access to the necessary information in the sales flow process and is a key organizational tool for all the relevant information in our company. The display is also customizable making it easy to read and navigate for each departments workflow. It is by far the most manageable, adaptable and user friendly system I have worked with for Call Flow purposes.

Cons

One thing I wish it had is an outline or Table of Contents on the left side of the platform. As this would provide easy access to different workflows without starting over and would allow direct links to the correct step at any given time. I think this would make the interface stand out in the market.
