Pros

Bringing new clients on board has become much more aligned and managing my client base is a lot simpler now. I'd definitely recommend giving it a try. It's simple to use and the white-label option is a huge advantage. The team is also always available to answer questions quickly and efficiently.

Cons

I haven't run into any real drawbacks. Like any newer technology there's always room for improvement but the team is receptive to feature requests and suggestions.
