“offer strong multi layer security”
Pros
The security model is one of the best parts of 1Password like passwords, 2FA and a secret key together make it feel very well protected. I also appreciate being able to choose the KDF algorithm. Beyond that, it's flexible and dependable across browsers and mobile apps and the SSH agent has worked really well too.
Cons
Sharing and managing credential access across a team can get tricky because the granular controls aren't strong enough. That sometimes leads to people sending copies of credentials around which creates a split-brain situation with multiple versions of the same data.

“help share private vaults work”
Pros
At the last few companies I have been part of, 1Password was the tool everyone relied on and the option to set up both shared and private vaults really helped keep sensitive information protected while still making it safe to share with the right people.
Cons
There have been times when I couldn't locate the PDF they provided for storing my master key which would be important if I ever ran into trouble with the password needed to open the extension.

“Centralized encrypted password storage”
Pros
Having all my passwords in one centralized place has been really helpful. Everything is stored and encrypted which makes me feel much more protected and secure from viruses. Their UI is another big plus and it makes the app simple to navigate.
Cons
One thing I am not a fan of is the freemium model. It also is pretty expensive for a service that mainly stores passwords.

“Natural, easy browser extension”
Pros
1Password interface is easy to use and the browser extensions plus quick-access features make switching to it feel natural. That makes it an obvious app to keep using.
Cons
One annoyance came up when I imported data from KeepassXC. Even though it's listed in their guide, the folders didn't get recognized as tags automatically which felt a bit silly to me, though it's possible I went through the import too quickly.

“Most complete and dependable”
Pros
Out of all the password managers I have used, this one is like the most complete and dependable option. It covers everything I need and gives me real confidence when it comes to keeping passwords secure.
Cons
A few apps and programs don't seem to integrate as well with it as they should, so compatibility can be a bit inconsistent in some cases.

“decent tool overall”
Pros
One of the best parts of 1Password for me is that the business plan includes a family license for all users. That makes it possible to promote the habit of creating strong, secure passwords and storing them in a protected, encrypted place outside of work as well. I think that really matters, because when people understand good security practices in their personal lives, they tend to carry the same mindset into the workplace.
Cons
My only real issue withthis softwarewas how involved the setup was for user provisioning with Microsoft Entra. It's not overly difficult from a technical standpoint especially if you're already using tools like Terraform or something similar but I haven't used another platform that required extra infrastructure like the SCIM bridge just to handle automated user provisioning.

“Seamless cross device sync”
Pros
Across all the password managers I have tried, 1Password has been one of the best by far. The standout for me is how seamlessly it syncs across devices, so I can securely get to my passwords whether I am using my phone, laptop or tablet. Autofill works reliably and saves me a lot of time while still keeping my login details protected. I also value the strong security tools especially biometric login and the password health reports, because they make it easier to stay on top of my overall digital safety. All in all it's a thoughtfully designed, user friendly and highly secure app that I really cannot imagine being without.
Cons
Honestly I am struggling to come up with any real downsides tothis softwareright now as it's been an excellent tool for me.

“Secure access everywhere needed”
Pros
It stores all my logins, card info and other important details that need to stay secure and I can still access everything wherever I am. At this point, I honestly cannot imagine being without it.
Cons
The Safari extension is awful and it frustrates me almost every single day. I know I could switch to another browser but I prefer Safari which makes how poorlythe extensionworks even more annoying.
