allows secure team password sharing

Pros

Keeping organizing and sharing passwords or other private details with the team is very easy. Everything is secure and having it all together in one place makes it really convenient.

Cons

Codes do not always update automatically, so you need to pay attention. If they are saved more than once, it can create duplicates and lead to login problems on certain websites.

Dependable and user friendly

Pros

1Password has been a dependable password manager for us, with a user friendly interface, secure vault sharing and a user onboarding process that works well across teams.

Cons

One area that could be improved is the team admin dashboard which can feel a bit limited when handling large-scale audits or looking for more detailed user activity reporting. More detailed logs would be helpful.

Shared vaults keep logins organized

Pros

Shared vaults and group permissions make it easy to keep client login information organized by account. The combination of autofill and SSO also reduces a lot of the hassle when logging into ad platforms and partner dashboards.

Cons

SCIM setup and role mapping have to be handled carefully and the admin side can get pretty cluttered when you're configuring large-scale access for client-specific contractors and dedicated client vaults.
