“allows secure team password sharing”
Pros
Keeping organizing and sharing passwords or other private details with the team is very easy. Everything is secure and having it all together in one place makes it really convenient.
Cons
Codes do not always update automatically, so you need to pay attention. If they are saved more than once, it can create duplicates and lead to login problems on certain websites.

“Dependable and user friendly”
Pros
1Password has been a dependable password manager for us, with a user friendly interface, secure vault sharing and a user onboarding process that works well across teams.
Cons
One area that could be improved is the team admin dashboard which can feel a bit limited when handling large-scale audits or looking for more detailed user activity reporting. More detailed logs would be helpful.

“Shared vaults keep logins organized”
Pros
Shared vaults and group permissions make it easy to keep client login information organized by account. The combination of autofill and SSO also reduces a lot of the hassle when logging into ad platforms and partner dashboards.
Cons
SCIM setup and role mapping have to be handled carefully and the admin side can get pretty cluttered when you're configuring large-scale access for client-specific contractors and dedicated client vaults.

“stops reused password theft”
Pros
After having a password I reused everywhere get stolen, I decided I was not going to risk that happening again. So keeping every single password saved in 1Password has been a huge help and makes managing everything much simpler.
Cons
Using an app with it does add one extra step. That said, once it becomes part of your routine, everything works very smoothly.

“Stores more than just passwords”
Pros
Beyond passwords, it also keeps other important details organized like registration numbers and credit card information which is really useful. The shared vault feature has also been a big plus for our team since it gives us one central place to keep and share important information.
Cons
Every now and then, the appdisconnects and stops automatically suggesting passwords. It's not a huge problem because I can still openthe appand copy the login details manually but it's definitely frustrating when it happens.

“Simpler password tracking for teams”
Pros
Keeping track of every account password has become much simpler since we started using this. We no longer have to remember or manually store all the usernames and passwords for our apps.
Cons
One limitation is with the password suggestions during sign-up. Although it recommends strong passwords, some of them still fall short because certain websites require special characters and it didn't always include those when generating passwords.

“all passwords in one place”
Pros
Having all my passwords available in one place is the biggest advantage of 1Password and I also really like how it recommends stronger, less predictable passwords to help keep my accounts secure.
Cons
It has trouble scanning and recognizing QR codes. It also doesn't provide short links or alerts for reused or leaked passwords.

“Secure passwords across devices”
Pros
One thing I really like about 1Password is how securely it keeps all my passwords in one place. It gives me peace of mind knowing my login details are protected and being able to access it across all my devices is a feature I use all the time.
Cons
Saving passwords inthis softwareis pretty easy but every now and then I notice duplicate entries for the same website which can be a bit confusing.

“Secure storage with passkey login”
Pros
Having everything stored securely in one place is the best and the passkey support is a big plus since it lets us sign in to supported sites without having to type our password.
Cons
One thing I don't enjoy is having to sign back into the Chrome extension every time I close the browser when I am not usingthe app. On top of that the secret key required for sign-in is very difficult to recover if it gets forgotten. I am also not a fan of howthe platformkeeps pushing personal accounts for users in organizations, only for you to end up needing to pay for a subscription after leaving the company.

“Excellent flexible vault sharing”
Pros
1Password has been an excellent password manager for us. Plus it makes sharing passwords and other sensitive information with users or team members secure and the vault-based access controls give a lot of flexibility over who can see what. The overall experience is simple, polished and really stands out. Given the choice, I'd pick it over any other option.
Cons
I honestly don't have any complaints. This softwareprovides strong solutions for businesses of any size including centralized user administration and vault management.

“Fast autofill saves workflow”
Pros
Managing a lot of different logins is much faster with 1Password and the browser extension's autofill login feature has been the biggest benefit for me. Plus it saves me a lot of time and really helps keep my workflow moving.
Cons
Watch out for is the login process if you don't keep your secret key stored safely. You get it when setting up the account and There is also a PDF you can download with that information.

“covers everything well”
Pros
1Password covers the essentials really well from generating strong passwords and saving them with autofill, to handling two-factor authentication and letting us share passwords and secure notes through vaults. Also getting started doesn't take much effort and it's reassuring that user access and vault permissions can be customized and locked down without much trouble.
Cons
One part that is inconsistent is the Google Chrome extension. Most of the time it's useful and works as expected but there are moments when it becomes more of a distraction by suggesting entries in text fields where they don't belong. The admin portal interface also is overdue for an update, since it can come across as a bit complex and not always the easiest to move around.

“Security made simple”
Pros
Unlike other password managers I have used, 1Password makes security feel simple instead of confusing. Past tools frustrated users so much that they refused to use them but it has been the one exception. It's the only password manager I have worked with that users have genuinely become advocates for. On top of that I feel it offers stronger security than competitors like LastPass.
Cons
It's tough to come up with much to criticize because I really do lovethis software. If I had to point out one downside, it would be the price, since it is a little expensive. That said, I still believe it's absolutely worth paying for.

“pretty useful tool”
Pros
Having a personal vault alongside shared vaults for my team has been really useful. Adding new login details is also quick and easy.
Cons
I'd rather not usethis softwarethrough the browser extension, since it is less efficient than Apple Passwords autofill with fingerprint or Face ID.

“offer extra secret key protection”
Pros
1Password really sets itself apart with an extra security layer that a lot of competing password managers do not offer and that is the Secret Key. A user account is protected by more than just a master password which adds meaningful protection. When signing in on a new device, you need both the master password and the unique Secret Key tied to the account. That Secret Key is randomly generated during setup and is highly complex. Having that additional requirement makes the account much better protected especially in situations where a master password might be exposed to scammers or other bad actors.
Cons
Every now and then, the Windows app forthis softwaredoes not sync quickly enough with the browser extension. There are times when a password gets updated but the extension still keeps the old login details. Restarting the browser usually takes care of it but by the time someone figures that out, they may have already been locked out of the site they were trying to sign into.

All your organization's passwords can be kept in one central place that's what I like most, because it makes them accessible to everyone who needs them.

Pros
Everything stored in one secure place is something I really like because it makes things quick to look up whenever I need them. I also feel confident that my information stays protected and it's helpful that I can share it with my manager when necessary.
Cons

“Simple works across devices”
Pros
Using 1Password has been really simple and it works well across desktop, phone and tablet. Plus it saves us a lot of time since we no longer have to keep dealing with forgotten password resets.
Cons
Years back we switched from paying once for the product to a monthly subscription. That change annoyed me at first especially since subscription-based software was still pretty new then.

Pros
1Password has become my go to for sign-ins across just about everything. I am not dealing with the whole forgot password situation ten times a week anymore and it works well across different tools.
Cons
On the occasions when autofill doesn't kick in, it can take longer than I expect to track down the right entry. The mobile app also is slower compared with the desktop version.

“Team password sharing at best”
Pros
Along with the standard features you expect from a password manager, like using one master password to access all your stored credentials, the team password sharing is the part I appreciate the most.
Cons
A few administrative tasks still cannot be handled throughthe pluginand have to be completed from the web interface instead.
