Another big advantage is the customer support are responsive, available and consistently come back with effective solutions very quickly. I use Arsen several times a week for my clients and the way the platform has evolved since its early days has been impressive. New features are added regularly and they genuinely match real operational needs in the field. The reporting is also very detailed which makes the data especially useful for analyzing outcomes and improving security awareness efforts. On top of that, I have never run into any connection or configuration problems which says a lot about how reliable the solution is. For any company that wants to reinforce cybersecurity and properly train employees, Arsen feels indispensable.

If I had to point to one limitation, it would be the fairly small number of ready-made templates. That said, the customization options are strong enough that those templates can be adapted to fit almost any scenario. In the end, it does not really feel like a true drawback since that flexibility makes it possible to tailor simulations precisely to each company's needs, no matter its size.
