Arsen is a simple yet powerful solution. The initial setup is quite hassle free and it's very practical for day-to-day use. It works really well for launching targeted, scheduled campaigns that run for a few days or even longer. On top of that, Arsen's support and technical team are absolutely excellent.

Cons

The dashboard and statistics interface could use some improvement although that's already planned. In the meantime, it's still possible to easily export useful statistical data into CSV files and create your own dashboard.

Right from the start, the platform is easy to get started with especially with integrations like Microsoft 365 and Google. The team is responsive, helpful and provides strong assistance when needed. I also appreciate the transparency throughout the process which makes the whole experience more reassuring.

Cons

One thing that could be improved is the follow-up after a compromise, such as after a phishing email transfer incident. That part feels a bit lacking compared with the rest of the service.

I also appreciate that these templates are updated regularly and can be customized which makes it easier to mirror threats tied to a specific industry or current events. Another big plus is the customer support. The team is responsive, knowledgeable and easy to reach whenever technical issues come up, customization is needed or best-practice guidance is helpful. Having dedicated customer success managers for larger accounts is also a nice addition that really helps build long-term confidence in the platform.

One area that could be stronger is the reporting depth. The dashboard does an impressive job covering core metrics like click-through rates and user interactions but it falls a bit short when it comes to deeper analysis such as benchmarking results across departments or tracking behavioral trends over a longer period. More reporting customization and better export options would make the platform even more valuable for security teams that want to measure progress over time.

Building and launching phishing campaigns for our clients has been very easy. Arsen does a really good job of staying current with phishing trends and rolling out the same kinds of techniques threat actors are actively using against companies today. Our clients have been pleased with the outcomes and have enjoyed seeing our team use fresh, up-to-date approaches in these simulations.

Cons

The only recurring challenge tends to be whitelisting. It's not really a problem with Arsen since they've made that part quite user-friendly but some clients still struggle to follow all of the setup instructions correctly.

One thing that really stands out is the platform's innovative approach especially the AI-based course creation which is something I haven't come across with other competitors. The interface is clear and simple to navigate and all the important information is available right away. Connecting it with our Identity Provider was a peice of cake and their support team has consistently been available to help us whenever needed. It's also clear they're committed to continuing to improve the product and bring more innovation into other areas of social engineering.

Cons

From my experience they're still a young, relatively small company. There's still a lot of room to improve the current product and a few basic features are missing at the moment. We've also run into occasional bugs that can slow implementation down a bit although they usually fix them pretty quickly.

Connecting the platform to Office 365 was very quick and the automatic user escalation is a real plus. There are plenty of scenarios available which helps teams run tests and also gives them ideas for building new ones without much effort. I also appreciate the domain and data leak monitoring for my users, the understandable campaign tracking and the wide range of attack vectors offered.

Cons

One area for improvement is that the scoring reports could use a bit more detail. Also, the interface is entirely in English although that hasn't really been a problem when using it.

Rolling out ARSEN across our team was very undemanding and using it day to day has been just as simple. On top of that, Arsen includes strong customization for phishing simulations, with AI-based capabilities, an integrated template library and the option to build fully custom phishing emails. The integrations with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace are also a real plus. Support has been consistently fast and effective and whenever an issue comes up, a solution is found quickly. The awareness side is also well done,the microlearning at the end of campaigns gives immediate feedback and the platform makes it possible to run different campaigns for different groups depending on company goals around frequency and duration. Overall, Arsen has been a dependable and effective tool for improving cybersecurity and training employees against phishing threats.

The reporting and analytics side is already quite advanced but report generation still feels too limited in its current state. That part could definitely be pushed further.

There's a lot of flexibility when it comes to building phishing campaigns, with plenty of configuration options to match different customer requirements. The platform feels very up to date especially with AI-supported phishing features like pretexting campaigns, plus QR code phishing, file attachments and fake portals. Support has been fantastic and the product is clearly under continuous development. It's also a lightweight platform with a nice dashboard and integration is particularly convenient in MS365 environments. On top of that, the extra features and services are really useful, such as vishing training, lookalike domain integration and the ability to create entirely new scenarios using self-built landing pages.
