“Meets all our needs
Pros
Crowdstrike does an amazing job with their admin dashboard as it allows us to easily see all incoming threats.
Cons
There were a few times when the quarantine button did not work, at least in the company I was at but it only happened a handful of times.

“Simply the best
Pros
The Falcon agent was very helpful and stuck by our side from the beginning till the end. The result of it is that we are able to get started with Falcon so quickly and without an issue.
Cons
I feel like some third party integrations could be improved and made better.

“Among the top in its category
Pros
It is a cloud-based tool, so unlike other options we do not need an on-premises server to manage it. The light agent is easy to install on computers and it works whether the computer is on our network or not. Unlike other tools that rely only on threat signatures, Crowdstrike uses AI to detect, prevent and respond to threats in real-time. It can even identify unusual behaviors or more advanced techniques that other tools might miss. When a threat is detectet we get detailed information to help us decide if it is a real threat and how to resolve it.
Cons
The learning curve is steeper compared to other solutions out there. Some simple tasks that are easy in other tools like a computer scan are not as simple here. Also it tends to have more false positives than I like. Even adding exceptions is a little confusing.

“A reliable solution for threat detection
Pros
Features like automated responses and threat mitigation are simply the best. Plus there is no need for manual intervention. The cloud-native architecture means minimal impact on local resources and it integrates smoothly with other third party tools and components of the Crowdstrike platform that we use.
Cons
The initial setup and integration optimization took some time. Youll need extra training and expertise for the more advanced features. Data retention should be for a longer period and the documentation and troubleshooting sections could use more detail.

“An affordable option
Pros
The threat detection works well for us and the system has a low impact on hardware usage.
Cons
The GUI could use some better graphics and the detection custom dashboard could be improved. Also I wish they offer the latest report function soon.

“It is the best!
Pros
They handle everything for us which keeps us feeling safe and secure all the time.
Cons
One issue I have noticed was the recent downtime caused by a rogue update. However they fixed it within an hour and gave us workarounds to get back up and running quickly.

“A little expensive but gets the job done
Pros
This is one of the best EDR solutions on the market. I really like the platforms interface as it is so user-friendly. Plus compared to other endpoint security solutions we have used, false positives are much less. The lightweight agent makes it a stable product.
Cons
Not much to dislike but I would say it is a bit more expensive than its competitors and the reporting feature could use some improvement.

“Transforming the industry for the better
Pros
Knowing that our assets are protected by highly skilled security staff 24/7 and that Crowdstrike is the go-to product for security gives me and the firm peace of mind.
Cons
I like it to be cheaper but the antivirus market has changed a lot in the last decade. But even for now you really do get what you pay for.
