For daily operations, it keeps us informed about emerging threats through their threat actor updates, industry-specific cyberattack reports and timely vulnerability information. The frequent updates ensure we're not missing critical developments. Their support team deserves recognition too. Whenever we've had questions, they've been quick to respond and effective at resolving issues.

Cons

The massive amount of data this thing throws at you can feel pretty overwhelming when you're just starting out. There's so much information coming through that it takes some time to figure out how to filter everything down to what actually matters for your situation. I had to spend a while learning how to adjust the alerts and reports to make them more relevant, though the support team was helpful when I reached out.

Dark web monitoring feature has been really helpful for staying on top of emerging threats. Threat Hunting's search capabilities make research much more efficient and I've found the Malware Analysis tool to be useful for my work.

The malware analysis feature is pretty limited since it only works with uploaded files. I wish I could analyze files just using their hash codes instead of having to upload everything to the platform and it would be great if it could handle URL analysis too.
