“Covers everything!”
Pros
Love how thoroughly it covers different threat areas. Dark web monitoring, real-time brand tracking, threat hunting rules and malware analysis all work together well. The actionable insights it provides have genuinely helped us improve our security approach. Integration with our current security setup was simple and the interface is user-friendly enough that our team picked it up quickly. It's become an essential part of our toolkit. For daily operations, it keeps us informed about emerging threats through their threat actor updates, industry-specific cyberattack reports and timely vulnerability information. The frequent updates ensure we're not missing critical developments. Their support team deserves recognition too. Whenever we've had questions, they've been quick to respond and effective at resolving issues.
Cons
The massive amount of data this thing throws at you can feel pretty overwhelming when you're just starting out. There's so much information coming through that it takes some time to figure out how to filter everything down to what actually matters for your situation. I had to spend a while learning how to adjust the alerts and reports to make them more relevant, though the support team was helpful when I reached out.
