“Easy to use!

Pros

The interface is really simple to get around and getting everything up and running was so easy. When I need help, their support team responds quickly and actually solves problems efficiently. Integration with our existing systems went smoothly without any headaches. The reporting features are excellent and give me really valuable insights into our security status. It's become one of those tools I genuinely enjoy using daily.

Cons

Hard to find any real drawbacks. It handles everything I need without much fuss. Maybe could use some minor tweaks here and there but honestly nothing that bothers me day-to-day.

The dashboard gives me tons of useful info about our security setup. I can monitor everything from servers to individual workstations and we use it weekly to track vulnerabilities and make sure patches get applied fast. Our security score has been climbing steadily since we started using it. For SOC2 audits, this thing is a lifesaver as it organizes all the data you need. Vulnerability tracking, patch monitoring, vendor management, it's all right there and easy to review. Plus the dark web monitoring is really helpful. It alerts you if user data shows up for sale so you can respond quickly to potential breaches.

Cons

Nothing really comes to mind. The team has been super responsive whenever I've reported issues and they've fixed everything promptly.
