Pros
The interface is really simple to get around and getting everything up and running was so easy. When I need help, their support team responds quickly and actually solves problems efficiently. Cons

The dashboard gives me tons of useful info about our security setup. Our security score has been climbing steadily since we started using it. For SOC2 audits, this thing is a lifesaver as it organizes all the data you need. Vulnerability tracking, patch monitoring, vendor management, it's all right there and easy to review. Plus the dark web monitoring is really helpful. It alerts you if user data shows up for sale so you can respond quickly to potential breaches.
