“Solve our VPN needs
Pros
Set up was really simple with minimal configuration required. Whenever adjustments were needed, it was easy to change settings per service, team, or user.
Cons
An automatic deactivation of users who have not connected for more than X days would be helpful. I have not explored the tool to check if this functionality exists.

“Fantastic Static VPN
Pros
GoodAccess has been super easy to get started with and offers excellent protection for the entire team. Finding a provider that accommodates static VPNs is rare and it met that need at a very competitive price. Switching from NordVPN was a smart move.
Cons
It can sometimes be a little heavy on memory use.

We also require a static IP to access our application servers, making security and reliability top priorities. GoodAccess meets those needs effectively.
Cons
There is nothing major to report. The few times support was needed it was provided extremely fast.

Pros
The customer service is exceptional, and using GoodAccess is easy. The system is much simpler to set up than other companies I tried, making it perfect for our companys needs.
Cons
It would be nice if they offered custom packages for fewer than 10 users needing access.
