“IT JUST WORKED!
Pros
After testing several providers to secure a stable dedicated IP for RDP to client servers while traveling overseas as a digital nomad it was frustrating to struggle with Hotspot Shield, Express VPN and Nord VPN. Countless hours were spent troubleshooting, but then I found GoodAccess, and it was a game changer. It just worked without any problem or downtime. I have not looked back since.
Cons
Pricing is a bit high for the limited services needed but it is the only one that worked.

Pros
Pricing with GoodAccess is surprisingly affordable compared to other providers like Nord. The transparent pricing made the onboarding process for the entire team quick and easy. The VPN app is wonderfully simple yet effective.
Cons
There is a lack of an obvious route to the customer service team. Once contact was made however they were exceptional.

“A 5-star to VPN service - Highly recommended!
Pros
Since we rely on a VPN for daily connections stability is crucial. GoodAccess never disappoints it has proven to be extremely stable with outstanding support. Previous experiences with ExpressVPN were not as reliable. Plus the 24/7 support is incredibly responsive solving any questions almost immediately. In over two years of use, the service has been down only once.
Cons
Mostly using the app the site information is not available. It might be useful to add a link to enter the site or display data like who connected right on the app.

Pros
Configuration is easy, with a stable agent that connects reliably. The integration with MS SSO is seamless and access control along with MFA on login adds extra layers of security. The internet connection has been great when using the VPN.
Cons
Support chat is only available weekdays from 8 to 5 CET.

The incredibly easy setup and cost effective option of a single IP for the whole team have been a revelation. This feature has streamlined our operations and provided an immediate boost in security for everyone involved.
Cons
Overall GoodAccess is fantastic but the OpenVPN client seems more stable than the GoodAccess app. This could be a small improvement for the future.

Pros
The ability for teams to share the same public IP address has simplified things. Team administration is easy thanks to the portal's excellent security controls. Having multiple gateways adds good redundancy.
Cons
Adding users to teams needs to be done in chunks which makes it difficult for smaller teams as we end up with unused licenses. It would be helpful to add or remove one user at a time as our team sizes grow slowly.

Pros
After several years of using GoodAccess Team VPN satisfaction remains high. Our journey began during the UKs Covid lockdown, which helped our team adapt to remote work. Transitioning to a hybrid model was seamless, and the VPNs diverse connection options for Mac, Windows and Linux have been fantastic. Although we set up our own VPN server on Amazon AWS as a backup we have never needed to use it thanks to GoodAccess reliability.
Cons
What stands out is their continuous development. Introducing new features assures commitment to growth and improvement. Though a recent pricing review led to an increase their customer support was receptive to feedback and showed flexibility.

Pros
GoodAccess became essential during Covid when our entire workforce moved to remote work. They offered a competitive price compared to other options and were one of the few providers that allowed for a small team using a fixed IP address. During that time GoodAccess was truly a lifesaver for our company making remote work feasible. Setting up the VPN was quick whether through the GoodAccess app or by exporting OpenVPN configuration files. New features like threat detection and connection mapping have been impressive and well-executed.
Cons
Some staff members have had issues with the GoodAccess application to gain VPN access. Their support was great in guiding us through it and offering alternative solutions to get us up and running.

It has been great. It was the only hosted VPN solution that provided the flexibility we needed for connecting specific equipment and facilitating site-to-site access. While many VPN providers focus on individual users seeking to bypass geographic restrictions GoodAccess has supported our unique use case wonderfully.
Cons
The price has increased since we started using GoodAccess but we recognize that costs have risen due to recent inflation worldwide. Pricing remains competitive even with the increases. We have had to pass on the increased costs to our customers.

Pros
The user friendly interface makes it easy to navigate. After previously using OpenVPN with our own server, it became frustrating to maintain, making a creative solution like GoodAccess much more appealing.
