Pros

As an independent IT consultant it is essential for me to use the same technologies that my clients use. The ability to access an IdP that offers all common features like SAML with SCIM, push notifications and RADIUS without needing to license for more than one person is extremely valuable.

Cons

I have not had enough chances to test all the features especially the mobile device management. So far I have not found anything I dislike.

Pros

Jumpcloud provides a versatile interface and responsive support while embracing automation. I have utilized the policies feature to manage both Windows and mac OS. I frequently deploy scripts through JumpCloud and they provide their own options via Github. Various multi factor authentication methods are supported which I use to enhance the security of user VPN connections.

Cons

Managing scripts via the "commands" window could use some improvement. It can be challenging to manage many at once or make bulk edits.

Pros

I appreciate the flexibility in setting it and the ability to use features at my own pace. For instance, integrating JumpCloud to manage Google workspace while retaining Google sign in maintains the same employee experience while allowing my IT team to manage the workforce more effectively. Another valuable feature is the device management solution, particularly for Windows. We can install and control systems within seconds from anywhere in the world.

Cons

Directory insights which is valuable for me is still not polished enough. I would love to see more filtering, custom query building, reporting and the ability to create alerts.
