“Powerful automation for a small team

Pros

There is a lot to like about VSA. Creating automations through policies is great and the procedure builder makes it simple to add even more, letting our small team handle a huge number of endpoints efficiently.

Cons

My two biggest issues are the long-term contract it makes you sign for three years and the performance of the Live Connect remote access tool.

Pros

The platform integrates well with the Kaseya suite. Its connections to other products in the ecosystem also help simplify the initial configuration process.

Cons

The platform is not as fully-featured as some other RMM solutions, so you might end up having to use an additional product to get all the functionality you need.

This is absolutely incredible software that handles every task we can imagine, from patch management and system monitoring to complex automation.

My only real complaint is how awkward and dated the interface feels, it looks like something from the 1990s. The main problem is that it is tough to get staff who are used to modern software up to speed. But if the old-school design does not bother you personally, then it works perfectly fine.

Pros

With VSA, I can effortlessly oversee all my endpoints and it also streamlines the process of setting up and managing our security tools.

Cons

Getting the software fully implemented requires a significant learning investment and locating the specific features I need can sometimes be a challenge.

Kaseya is an excellent tool for automating software installations or running remote scripts across our entire IT infrastructure.

Cons

The Live Connect remote tool frequently has stability issues making it unreliable for remote sessions.

“A total scam!!!

Pros

Everything about them is a complete scam. They shipped us equipment we never ordered and are now charging us monthly for it. Do not use this company. I am telling you, just stay away!

Cons

They mail you hardware you never requested, call it a free trial and then start sending invoices that keep piling up. I never even opened the box they sent me and they are charging me for a service I never used.

“User friendly remote monitoring tools

Pros

The remote monitoring and automation tools are so user-friendly. They save me a lot of time and help keep all our systems operating without a hitch.

Cons

At times the interface feel crowded and a bit too busy. So I feel like a cleaner, more user friendly layout and more helpful guides for some functions would be a big improvement.

Kaseya RMM remote control and system monitoring capabilities are excellent and the main dashboard is very user friendly.

Cons

With so many features packed in, I feel like the software can feel a bit complex and might be easier with more integrated, step by step assistance.

Its remote monitoring and management tools are first-rate. It has definitely saved us time and made all of our IT admin work much simpler.

Cons

According to me the user interface feels a bit old and could be more modern. Also navigating through the system is not always smooth and can be clunky at times.
