Pros

Powerful automation for a small team

Pros

There is a lot to like about VSA. Creating automations through policies is great and the procedure builder makes it simple to add even more, letting our small team handle a huge number of endpoints efficiently.

Cons

My two biggest issues are the long-term contract it makes you sign for three years and the performance of the Live Connect remote access tool.

Incredible software!!

Pros

This is absolutely incredible software that handles every task we can imagine, from patch management and system monitoring to complex automation.

Cons

My only real complaint is how awkward and dated the interface feels, it looks like something from the 1990s. The main problem is that it is tough to get staff who are used to modern software up to speed. But if the old-school design does not bother you personally, then it works perfectly fine.
