“At first I loved this software as it was the first of its kind password keeper!”
Pros
When I had a BlackBerry it was the first of its kind. The best part was how easy it made keeping track of my passwords which I often misplaced or forgot.
Cons
The need for Keeper Security diminished as new software for different platforms like iphone and android came with their built-in password systems not requiring cloud storage.

“they need better customer support”
Pros
It is okay to use but it can be a little complicated at times.
Cons
Support is an issue. I contacted sales several times to get a quote for the SSO version that syncs with AAD. Buying this upgrade seems nearly impossible. I do not really need a quote.Keeper lacks flexibility and a well-thought-out user interface. Permissions are not easy to change or understand and there is no option to set a password policy per entry in the generator. The user interface is not terrible but certain tasks are either not simple or require too many steps and not well. It seems like proper UI testing was not done.

The approach to securing customer secrets follows industry best practices just like top competitors. The interface is decent and works well across devices without many issues.
Cons
It does not support face recognition on my iPhone. The Chrome extension occasionally does not work well either.

“Keeper Security - Fantastic Sensitive Information Storage”
Pros
I love how it was not overwhelming when I first subscribed. They made it easy for me to dive into password management when I had no idea what to expect. For the first time I knew I did not need to worry about my information being hacked or sold on the dark web.
Cons
Sometimes it does not save my new passwords and I wish it would update them automatically when I change them.

“A safe space for storing passwords and credentials”
Pros
We like that this app integrates with browsers making it simple to store and autofill login details safely. It is extremely useful for preventing password loss and safeguarding payment details to avoid fraud.
Cons
The autofill window can be irritating when it pops up over the dialogue box I am working in.

“Happy Password Manager customer”
Pros
Autofill and the ability to access from multiple devices are great plus my entire team can easily share necessary account information.
Cons
Keeper autofill can be frustrating during work because it blocks fields for custom information and sometimes stops moving to the next text box. The integration with Azure AD that handles MFA can also be irritating. Having to run a Windows service to avoid this adds to the frustration.

“Keeper security”
Pros
Keeper Security is an excellent password manager with a user-friendly mobile app browser extension and desktop application. It allows teams to store shared passwords in folders along with individual records. Keeper also offers a personal license alongside the business license so users can keep a separate instance for non-business-related data. Keeper scores well on password security and threat intelligence though I have not explored that much.
Cons
Many improvements have been made since we began using it. I wish there were more ways to organize passwords when sharing them. When I share a record in a folder the person receiving it sees all passwords in a flat view not the folder structure. The search function helps make up for this since it works very well.

“Password management made easy”
Pros
Keeper allows you to store various types of sensitive data not just usernames and passwords. We used it to store encryption keys and secrets. It is very easy to use and search. You can share passwords individually or at the folder level. There is also a one-time share option that is great for sharing with contractors or vendors without a Keeper license.
Cons
Autofill can be annoying sometimes but I rely on it more often than not.
