Good solution for my small business
Pros

I like how easy it is to share passwords and the simplicity of the interface.

Cons

The setup process took a lot of time mainly because I did not understand how to do it. At first it felt like I had to become an expert in your product to succeed which seems unnecessary. It would have been helpful to have a quick 10 minute call with someone who could guide me or do it for me. I do not remember seeing that option.

Good password manager but needs UI improments
Pros

Keeper has proven to be a solid product on the surface. It checks all the boxes including support for MSP resell.

Cons

The browser extension interface is poorly designed. It tends to fill in text fields that are not meant for usernames and passwords even when autofill is off. This makes it very frustrating.

Pros

These folks have done an excellent job. I have probably been using them since they launched. It has been a huge help to my business.

Cons

When I enter a new record for the login name it suggests previous login names. However when I put in the password it does not offer to fill in the common passwords I frequently use.

Intuitive and Useful Password Manager
Pros

I appreciate that the program has its own password generator available when editing site info. Before I used to go to a separate site to get a new password.

Cons

It might be something my admin needs to fix but having the password prompt pop up on every website when it is no longer needed is frustrating. I can probably fix this myself.

Pros

Keeper makes it incredibly easy to create secure passwords that protect my information. I love the generate password function and how simple it is to create new records and use the autofill option. I even use it to keep track of reminders for specific websites and apps.

Great value
Pros

One big security feature is that it prompts for the 2FA code before the password upon login something the competitor we used did not offer. This protects against all kinds of attacks.

Cons

There are some minor issues but nothing major. For example the Android app does not match passwords by subdomain only by the main domain whereas the desktop browser extension works. For clients with multiple apps or tools on the same domain but different subdomains the autofill becomes ineffective.

Most Valuable Password Manager + PAM
Pros

Our end user pilot group and IT team both favored Keepers password manager and browser plugin for ease of use. Admins appreciated the policy controls and Okta integration for SSO and MFA. We believe merging password management with privileged account management in one interface removed a big adoption barrier. The cost was not great but they were open to negotiations.

Cons

Windows service account and scheduled task discovery are missing in PAM and we hope to see them in future updates. Compliance manager features should come included without extra fees.

I've used many credential managers and KEEPER is THE ONE!
Pros

The multi-platform/browser integrations are great. Being able to set up Time-Based One-Time Passwords for each site without needing another authenticator app and easily managing shared passwords are significant advantages many platforms do not provide. Breachwatch is also a good reminder to improve ids.

Cons

My only complaint with Keeper is that there is no easy access to Time-Based One-Time codes in the main menu of the Android app unlike the iOS version. The option is still there but I have to search for the id first.

Keeper Security - Great Password Manager
Pros

It is very easy to use. It prompts accurately for usernames and passwords unless there are multiple ones for the same site in which case it lets you choose which one to fill in. It is also helpful when changing a password.

Cons

Pros

When I had a BlackBerry it was the first of its kind. The best part was how easy it made keeping track of my passwords which I often misplaced or forgot.

they need better customer support
Pros

It is okay to use but it can be a little complicated at times.

Cons

Support is an issue. I contacted sales several times to get a quote for the SSO version that syncs with AAD. Buying this upgrade seems nearly impossible. I do not really need a quote.Keeper lacks flexibility and a well-thought-out user interface. Permissions are not easy to change or understand and there is no option to set a password policy per entry in the generator. The user interface is not terrible but certain tasks are either not simple or require too many steps and not well. It seems like proper UI testing was not done.

Pros

Autofill and the ability to access from multiple devices are great plus my entire team can easily share necessary account information.

Cons

Keeper autofill can be frustrating during work because it blocks fields for custom information and sometimes stops moving to the next text box. The integration with Azure AD that handles MFA can also be irritating. Having to run a Windows service to avoid this adds to the frustration.

Keeper security
Pros

Keeper Security is an excellent password manager with a user-friendly mobile app browser extension and desktop application. It allows teams to store shared passwords in folders along with individual records. Keeper also offers a personal license alongside the business license so users can keep a separate instance for non-business-related data. Keeper scores well on password security and threat intelligence though I have not explored that much.

Cons

Many improvements have been made since we began using it. I wish there were more ways to organize passwords when sharing them. When I share a record in a folder the person receiving it sees all passwords in a flat view not the folder structure. The search function helps make up for this since it works very well.

Pros

Keeper allows you to store various types of sensitive data not just usernames and passwords. We used it to store encryption keys and secrets. It is very easy to use and search. You can share passwords individually or at the folder level. There is also a one-time share option that is great for sharing with contractors or vendors without a Keeper license.
