Pros
Very easy to administer across a distributed organization with people working from different locations. It prevents us from losing access to accounts during team changes. I also use the browser integration and mobile app daily.
Cons
The login feature often breaks in Firefox even after testing on multiple computers. Template setup for sites and users could benefit from a cloning option.

Pros
Business integration was simple but it would be nice if logging into the desktop app automatically synced with the browser plugin similar to how 1Password does it.
Cons
I find the login often breaks in Firefox (tested on different computers as well). Template setup of sites/users could benefit from a cloning feature.
