MailGuard controls the sending of Confidential Files and IP outside the organization through email. If an unauthorized person attempts to send a restricted file, the platform immediately holds the message. The system then issues a notification to a listed email address, so management can review the action.

Integrated anti-spyware scanners carefully check all parts of an email by executing a deep content analysis. This check detects malicious web addresses or other potentially harmful code placed in the message. This ensures that the dangerous message is immediately held and kept away from the final inbox.

MailGuard finds and controls suspicious activity on the network, such as quick, multiple connections from one single IP address. It also guards against Directory Harvesting Attacks where many emails are sent to fake addresses.
