MailGuard Features

Proprietary Threat Engines

These Proprietary IP Threat Detection Engines use heuristic algorithms combined with Machine Learning (ML) and generative AI. This powerful mix helps the system to predict and learn about new email threats before they become widespread. The result is the immediate neutralization of fast-breaking, zero-day attacks.

See How It Works
File Fingerprint Technology

MailGuard controls the sending of Confidential Files and IP outside the organization through email. If an unauthorized person attempts to send a restricted file, the platform immediately holds the message. The system then issues a notification to a listed email address, so management can review the action.

Anti-Spyware Scanners

Integrated anti-spyware scanners carefully check all parts of an email by executing a deep content analysis. This check detects malicious web addresses or other potentially harmful code placed in the message. This ensures that the dangerous message is immediately held and kept away from the final inbox.

Denial Service Protection

MailGuard finds and controls suspicious activity on the network, such as quick, multiple connections from one single IP address. It also guards against Directory Harvesting Attacks where many emails are sent to fake addresses. If a potential attack is found, the service immediately refuses the connection from the source server.

Sender Policy Support

The Inbound Content Security system includes support for Sender ID and the Sender Policy framework standards. This support allows for a rigorous check of the email's authentication. By confirming sender addresses, the platform can establish effective anti-spoofing defenses.

Simple interface

Pros

I found it easy to use. I can quickly quarantine emails right from the main screen and clearing them out is simple. I just select the messages and either delete them or release them to the recipients

Cons

The interface feels pretty outdated and could use a refresh. Would love to see more modern design elements like material design buttons and better typography as it just looks too basic right now.
