“Great all-in-one tool
Pros
You really get your money's worth if you use everything it has to offer. It replaces the need for several other tools since it handles so much on its own. The cloud version is very simple to set up and I love having such detailed control over patch and device configurations. It's been excellent for keeping all our endpoints and servers up to date, even third-party software.
Cons
Getting help from customer support is easy, but some of the error messages aren't very helpful. For example, when there's a proxy or firewall issue, the alerts don't always point us directly to the problem which can slow down how quickly we can fix things.

“Complete tool at a fair price
Pros
It's a complete package offered at a fair price. We evaluated several endpoint management systems that were easy to deploy but nothing came close to Endpoint Central when it came to stability and feature depth.
Cons
There's definitely a learning curve to it. The interface is complex, and it takes some time to get used to how everything is organized. That said, it's probably to be expected with a product that does so much.

“simple and reliable
Pros
The software is simple to get started with, installation is simple and the support team really knows their stuff.
Cons
Honestly it's difficult to find anything I truly dislike about Endpoint Central. It's been a very solid solution for us.

“Clear dashboards
Pros
I think that the pre-built dashboards are great as they give you a clear, instant overview of your entire setup.
Cons
Sometimes it feels like I have to click through too many tabs to find the feature I need. Also the names of some features don't always match what the feature actually does.

“great remote access
Pros
The platform is user-friendly and the silent installation option works perfectly. The remote access tool is also a standout which is much better than what other platforms offer.
Cons
Manually uploading patches can be a little confusing at first but it's something you can get the hang of. Once set up, the overall patching process itself runs very efficiently.

“Offers many tools & good support
Pros
It's amazing how many tools it offers for different parts of our IT environment. Customer support is always quick to respond and usually resolves my issues right away. I also find the software and OS deployment tools simple to set up and configure. The mobile device management is well-built and easy to use, especially on Android. I also appreciate that endpoint management isn't limited to our network, it's been great for our mobile users.
Cons
We've noticed that deploying software to more than 50 devices can't be done right away. Instead, you have to add them to a deployment cycle which can sometimes take over 40 minutes to complete.

“excellent support and improvements
Pros
The support is excellent and the product has improved significantly over time. It's clear the team is investing heavily in developing and refining the platform and I've been really impressed with the progress.
Cons
Certain parts of the interface can be a bit confusing. Some options and screens aren't as simple as they could be. The good news is that support has always been ready to jump in and help clarify things.

“easy to use tool
Pros
It's easy to use and I love that it lets us fix so many application vulnerabilities, exactly what my company needed! Software deployment is simple and having remote control for Linux is good too. The inventory and device management features are also very straightforward.
Cons
even though software deployment for Linux is smooth it could still use some improvement. Sometimes applications just don't install, and we've run into similar issues with certain Linux patches.

“User-friendly & great value
Pros
So far it is very user-friendly, gives great value for the money and is reliable. The customer support is fantastic and having all tools in one platform with a cloud version available is a huge plus.
Cons
It would be helpful if the trial period were a bit longer. Also it would be great to see a plan introduced that's tailored for very small businesses with only four or five devices.

“Reduces tool clutter
Pros
I really like how it brings together patching, software deployment, asset management, mobile device management, and remote control into one place. This helps reduce tool clutter and makes everything easier to administer.
Cons
While the platform is user-friendly overall, some advanced features like filtering and custom reporting could offer more flexibility.

“great value and simple setup
Pros
It provides great value for the cost, helps us stay compliant, and is very simple to set up and use. The support team is excellent and having an on-premise solution was important for us.
Cons
There isn't much to complain about, though it would be helpful if all their products worked together more seamlessly when using multiple tools. That said, they do seem to be improving in this area.

“helpful entralized console
Pros
Having a single, centralized console to handle patch installation, software rollout and even full OS imaging is a huge efficiency win. It also does a great job managing mobile and personal devices and its remote troubleshooting tools are powerful and reliable.
Cons
It works well for basic tasks like patching and software deployment. But when using tools like remote access or making urgent configuration changes, the process isn't always straightforward. Still it lets me manage all our group's devices effectively, set up self-service portals for users and create detailed reports for leadership.

“User-friendly deployment
Pros
It's a user-friendly platform that makes deploying software incredibly simple. I've also found the customer support to be very helpful whenever I've needed assistance.
Cons
The reporting is thorough but it would be even better with more customization and faster loading times.

“impressive patching and reporting
Pros
The automated patch management is its standout feature. It finds outdated software and patches it on a schedule you control. The level of detail in reporting and inventory is impressive and there's a vast library of ready-to-deploy software packages.
Cons
A few important features seem to be missing. Building reports can be tricky and I often need support's help to create custom queries.

“Packed with powerful features
Pros
Considering everything it does, from OS deployment to vulnerability management, the product is packed with value for the price. The automation and clear visibility into our security posture are major benefits that make the investment worthwhile.
Cons
The documentation is fairly limited since most of it covers troubleshooting, not setup or daily use. Adding practical examples and use cases would make the tool much easier to learn. Also patch deployment logs could be clearer and right now it takes too many clicks to find why something failed.

“helps reduce workload
Pros
It significantly reduces our team's workload by automating configuration tasks. The patch and threat management services are crucial for maintaining our organization's security and having a detailed endpoint inventory is incredibly useful.
Cons
There's nothing in particular I dislike but it would be nice if add-ons were bundled to make the overall pricing more affordable.

“Great for LAN access and patching
Pros
We originally bought it for its LAN-based remote access, which was a specific need for us. It has since become invaluable for its automated patching and the detailed hardware and software data it collects from all our endpoints. We're still discovering new useful features.
Cons
Sometimes the remote control feature has trouble connecting to agents and support chat can be slow to respond.

“Well-organized interface
Pros
The interface is well-organized. I never have to hunt for security updates, and its integration with services like Active Directory works seamlessly.
Cons
Since we use the on-premises version, upgrades can occasionally run into issues, though support has always been able to resolve them.

“simple interface, but performance issues
Pros
My favorite part is how it transforms patching from a manual, tedious job into a completely automated and effortless process. It just works.
Cons
The interface is simple but may overwhelm new users. Some updates introduce instability, support response times can lag, and performance slows on certain devices. The full version is also fairly expensive for small businesses.

“easy to use and cost-effective
Pros
It's an easy-to-use platform that simplifies deploying configurations and patches, making device management much easier. The customer support is great and overall it's a cost-effective, all-in-one solution that's definitely worth considering.
Cons
I've noticed the interface can lag during large deployments though I try to work around this using maintenance settings.
