User-friendly & great value

Pros

So far it is very user-friendly, gives great value for the money and is reliable. The customer support is fantastic and having all tools in one platform with a cloud version available is a huge plus.

Cons

It would be helpful if the trial period were a bit longer. Also it would be great to see a plan introduced that's tailored for very small businesses with only four or five devices.

easy to use tool

Pros

It's easy to use and I love that it lets us fix so many application vulnerabilities, exactly what my company needed! Software deployment is simple and having remote control for Linux is good too. The inventory and device management features are also very straightforward.

Cons

even though software deployment for Linux is smooth it could still use some improvement. Sometimes applications just don't install, and we've run into similar issues with certain Linux patches.

excellent support and improvements

Pros

The support is excellent and the product has improved significantly over time. It's clear the team is investing heavily in developing and refining the platform and I've been really impressed with the progress.

Cons

Certain parts of the interface can be a bit confusing. Some options and screens aren't as simple as they could be. The good news is that support has always been ready to jump in and help clarify things.
