Pros
Transferring documents is easy with a few different options, and I like getting notified when clients review them.
Cons
I wish I could store files inside a folder without making a new folder. Also, newer copies overwrite the previous ones, but the old versions are still there unless I choose to delete, which makes sense considering the limits and restrictions.

“The essential digital data room functions”
Pros
it is easy to setup and use. The same features that made it convenient for us to get started also made it convenient to bring on additional users both within and outside our organization. Its also significantly more affordable than other software in this category.
Cons
There was a time when document processing was delayed by hours. Not a huge deal but honestly it's the worst I've had with the service.

“Easy to use software but does not allow much control”
Pros
The interface is user-friendly and easy to navigate with options for project creation and file management plus a feature to review recent activity.
Cons
It does not let you make subgroups or user groups with restricted folder access. Plus it doesn't give admins enough control over managing permissions and restrictions.
