Onehub is my go-to for sharing documents. We deal with patents, so making sure our info is secure when sharing it with attorneys is important. Onehub gives us the security we need.Customer service is awesome. I am not that tech-savvy, so their support made it really simple for me to use.

Setting it up for clients was easy. I love how you can assign roles to different clients, and getting around the software is easy.

Onehub starts out as a great document storage solution and turns into an awesome data room product. You can create multiple data rooms for different purposes. I have used it in my last three companies and with three other companies where I am on the Board.

The access and permissions system is unclear. It is easy to make a mistake when sharing.

It would have been good if there was a workspace sharing feature. It would be nice to create data rooms using documents from our secure repositories, so we do not have to update in two places. Also, I wish we could adjust the watermark density, as the default one can obscure certain documents. Finally, it would be great if invite links did not go to Spam folders. Maybe there could be an option to disable links or send the URL through a standard format.

It is super easy to connect to your bank, subcontractors and statements. I love having all my info in one place so I can easily find payments and receipts.

My clients can easily access their docs on both their PC and phone app. They upload tax docs throughout the year and ask me questions whenever they need to. The email notification feature is a win-win for both me and my clients. Setting up new clients only takes a few minutes.

I use it for my small accounting business. I have different file structures for my clients and can easily give people access to specific folders. It works perfectly for me and my clients.

It can be tricky explaining to clients where to find their tax info since it is not a tool they use every day. One solution I came up with was adding a link to my email signature. Some clients also use it for personal data backup, which I resolved by billing them the annual OneHub fee, and the problem was solved.
