Pros

I appreciate how it lets me monitor our company vendors online in real time. The questionnaire system is flexible. Managing and working with them feels easy. What really stands out is the self-assessment feature using security profiles which gives me great visibility into our company assets.

Cons

The remediation process for internal findings lacks native integration with ticketing tools like Jira.

“Cuts down our workload

Pros

The automated security questionnaire tool alone has cut down our workload by a huge margin. It takes what used to be a massive manual process of chasing down vendors, sending forms and tracking responses and just organizes it into something that practically runs itself. And then on top of that being able to monitor our vendors' security posture in real-time is invaluable. It's like having a live dashboard that lets us see exactly where we stand at any moment which has been incredibly helpful for staying proactive and on top of everything without that constant, frantic feeling of playing catch-up. It just brings a whole new level of control and calm to vendor management.

It's a bit expensive particularly for smaller businesses like ours.

The vulnerability detection capabilities really impressed me especially how it provides attack surface insights that usually require specialized tools. It's so user-friendly and our compliance team relies on it heavily for all third-party assessments.

Account recovery becomes a real headache when you've disabled email notifications. You won't get password reset emails which makes getting back into your account pretty hard.

Pros

I like how simple and user-friendly the interface is. It makes everything much easier handle. The detailed technical information provided in the findings is really valuable and well-presented.

Cons

Customer support can be tough to reach when you need help. I also wish there was more detailed info about where the findings come from. It would really help when third parties question whether these assessments are legal. I know it only uses public sources but having concrete details about those sources would make it much easier to address challenges from vendors.

Pros

Creating vendor profiles is really simple especially when you can bulk upload everything at once. After onboarding, scanning and getting questionnaire responses back, you get an excellent picture of what risks each vendor might bring to your organization. The risk insights feature gives you a broader perspective on current global threats too. Their support team is absolutely fantastic! I was also able to pull the data into PowerBI without any issues for custom reporting.

Cons

Only downside is there's currently no way to relate potential financial losses if a vendor gets breached. It would be much easier to get business buy-in for this process if they could see exactly how much money they might lose.

I've found it so helpful in multiple areas. It makes assessing and monitoring our vendors' cybersecurity posture simple. The user interface feels natural so moving between different modules is really simple.

The risk scoring feels pretty generic and makes it tough to prioritize issues effectively.

I rely on this tool almost weekly for onboarding new business partners and it's been great for discovering and tracking vulnerabilities across our vendor network. The custom questionnaire feature works really well and creating remediation tasks is simple. What I appreciate most is how clean the dashboard looks. The interface with our internal platform keeps getting better with regular improvements. Customer support has been excellent too and they respond quickly and actually provide helpful, detailed answers instead of generic responses.

Cons

Interface doesn't always sync properly with our internal systems and the continuous scan results don't refresh like they should. Plus it's not as comprehensive as I'd hoped. Though I'm confident these issues will get sorted out in upcoming updates.

The Dark Web Mentions feature often flags websites where credentials were sold that aren't really relevant to what I need to monitor.

Great how thorough the initial external scan is. The ability to monitor supplier reviews has been quite valuable for our operations.

Cons

The reporting features are pretty limited and don't offer much customization. All the data is sitting there in the dashboard but getting to it can be a real pain. Also, updating a supplier's license is way more complicated than it should be.
