Flexible questionnaires

Pros

I appreciate how it lets me monitor our company vendors online in real time. The questionnaire system is flexible. Managing and working with them feels easy. What really stands out is the self-assessment feature using security profiles which gives me great visibility into our company assets.

Cons

The remediation process for internal findings lacks native integration with ticketing tools like Jira.

Cuts down our workload

Pros

The automated security questionnaire tool alone has cut down our workload by a huge margin. It takes what used to be a massive manual process of chasing down vendors, sending forms and tracking responses and just organizes it into something that practically runs itself. And then on top of that being able to monitor our vendors' security posture in real-time is invaluable. It's like having a live dashboard that lets us see exactly where we stand at any moment which has been incredibly helpful for staying proactive and on top of everything without that constant, frantic feeling of playing catch-up. It just brings a whole new level of control and calm to vendor management.

It's a bit expensive particularly for smaller businesses like ours.
