“Flexible and reliable
Pros
We implemented Resolver in 2023 and it's been a smooth ride. We're using it more and more as we grow and it's keeping up perfectly. It's user-friendly, the layout is clean and it's flexible enough that I can tweak things to fit our needs. The reporting and visuals are pretty solid too.
Cons
Nothing major to point out, but I do think having manuals available would be really helpful.
