“Amazing software!! Really helped us
Pros
Honestly Resolver has been a total game changer for how I manage projects. It's super easy to use and works well with everything else in my workflow. The real time tracking helps me stay on top of potential risks and the support team? Absolutely amazing. Always there when I need help and the chatbot has saved me more times than I can count. The best part? I can use it as much as I need. I highly recommend it for managing company risks.
Cons
I honestly don't have any cons with Resolver because It's amazing.

“A reliable and efficient risk management solution
Pros
Resolver has taken my incident tracking and risk analysis to the next level. The reporting is detailed and whenever I needed help, customer support was right there. I recommend it to any organization wanting to improve their security and compliance management. It's made risk assessment so much more efficient. The interface is easy to navigate and the automation features? Majorrrr time savers. Plus the way it integrates with other tools is a huge bonus.
Cons
The initial setup did take some time and there was a bit of a learning curve. But once I had everything configured, it worked seamlessly.

“Boosting operational resilience with Resolver
Pros
What impressed me most is the real-time reporting, it lets me keep an eye on things and act fast when needed. The risk management features especially ERM and compliance tracking, are top-notch.
Cons
I find it a bit difficult to integrate Resolver with our current system. it sometimes requires extra tech resources. Also, the initial setup process feels quite complex and time-consuming.

“I received 400 from Resolver!
Pros
I used it back when the PPI claims were big. People were getting thousands in refunds, especially if they had tons of loans. I had just a small buy-now-pay-later over four years and a similar small product so I thought it wasn't worth claiming. But with the deadline coming up, I followed a Money Saving Expert tip and sent my details to Resolver. They handled everything for free and I ended up getting 400!
Cons
For me, it's just about having the confidence to fill out the online forms and go for it.

“Excellent for solving math problems
Pros
I really appreciate the multi-language support, it's so helpful for people who aren't bilingual. It also gives quick, simple answers for subjects like math, physics and chemistry. It's been a great help throughout my college journey.
Cons
The free version comes with a lot of limitations, so I'd suggest considering the paid version if you want full access.

“It's decent, though it works fine.
Pros
The layout of the new Resolver is more intuitive than the old Perspective system, while still maintaining enough similarities that learning the new system is manageable. Perspective froze, crashed and malfunctioned frequently but so far, Resolver has been more stable. The loss of shortcut keys is a major inconvenience and I really hope this feature is reintroduced in future updates. I would really like to see Resolver as a standalone program rather than a browser-based program. It would be more convenient to launch and easier to find in the taskbar when I have multiple windows open. It also would not get buried amongst other browser tabs. Shortcut keys, like Ctrl+N to start navigation mode and Ctrl+S to start the dispatch log, made usage much faster, which matters a lot when I am busy. This function has been removed in the current version, which is awful. Templates are super useful to prompt for relevant information and help maintain consistency
Cons
The removal of shortcut keys has really slowed things down. Having to use the mouse constantly makes things less efficient. Plus opening the dispatch log through the browser is annoying. Every other program I use can be set to start automatically when I boot up my computer but with this one, I have to launch it manually every time.

“Customer support is so friendly
Pros
I find Resolver super user-friendly. They keep rolling out updates and the customer service team is always helpful and friendly.
Cons
When I exit from a historic incident report, it always sends me back to page 1 instead of the page I was last viewing (like page 8 or 9). Also I think the visual graphs and statistics could be a lot more user-friendly.

“Amazing record keeping tool
Pros
It keeps track of all the incidents, corrective actions and issues across the organization. I love the Relationship graph because it's awesome to see how things connect. The Incident Summary report is super handy too, especially for tracking severity and status. It would be even better if I could export or download it.
Cons
I think it would be great if there were a feature that lets Admin users create mandatory fields for users to complete.

“A good Risk management tool
Pros
The service and support I got were excellent. My Resolver account manager always responded quickly and the ticketing and support team gave me clear direction whenever I needed it.
Cons
The system can get a bit complex in some areas. For example, building forms and understanding the back-end rules can be tough. I think it would be helpful to have some quick videos covering those trickier parts especially if feedback shows multiple users are struggling with the same things. Once you get the hang of it, it becomes easier but without technical knowledge of the back-end rules, it's frustrating to move forward.

“Convenient and effective
Pros
What I love about Resolver is how flexible it is. We started with core risk and compliance processes, but now we've expanded to cover areas like people and insurance, and we've still kept it all connected as one enterprise system.
Cons
I feel the reporting could definitely be improved. I'd love to see better designed reports that are ready to be shared directly with the board.

“Easy tool with good features

“A useful tool for audit follow-up actions
Pros
So far, Resolver's been a solid tool for getting action updates from owners or delegates. It's made preparing status reports a breeze, especially with the follow-up process for audit actions being automated.
Cons
I find it tedious to manually upload audit findings, recommendations and actions, hope it can be automated

“A solid risk solution for reports
Pros
I think the ease of customizing forms and reports without needing outside help is a big win. It really helps me improve and roll out new processes without much hassle.
Cons
The biggest annoyance for me is the way date fields work. If I type in the date manually, even in the correct format, it won't accept it. I'm forced to select the date from a pop-up calendar, which just feels unnecessary.

“A dependable and flexible platform for risk management and audits
Pros
What stands out for me is the high level of customization, plus the user-friendly interface. I also love how I can build custom templates and portals to match exactly what I need.
Cons
I feel like there aren't enough training resources. More in-depth onboarding materials would really help new users get started.
