Program Functions, but Customer Support Abandoned Us When Working Through Issues

Pros

It functions as an incident reporting software, so at least there's that. I gave them a 5/10 on Value for Money because I don't know how much it costs, and it wouldn't be fair to place it lower.

Cons

Having taken a long time to try to learn the software, there were a number of issues that our team kept running into with the program and its functionality overall, leading to us reaching out to Resolver. Eventually our management was able to reach out to Resolver and we set up a small team to go over some of the issues - some were tech problems, some functionality and quality of life, and some were to customize some options to our organization's needs. We were supposed to meet bi-weekly, so we got excited and tried to make it easier for them by making a list of some of the issues, adding to it as we found little things that could probably chalked up as a bug and hopefully be cleared up without much issue, or had genuine annoyances with their inventory system, or when something just didn't work. We did meet with Resolver about 3-4 times. After that they stopped coming to the meetings and communicating with us. It's possible that the person we had been dealing with has left the company, but despite our management continuing to reach out, Resolver has failed to provide a replacement. As of next week, our last meeting will have been 6 months ago and we continue to have no updates or support from them. (The three other Cons below are a combination of some of the grievances brought to Resolver, but as this is a review and not a list of olive-branch fixes, suggestions, and support, they're written as such (if this was how the actual support list was written, I wouldn't blame them for abandoning us.)). The search function is convoluted, and makes it hard to find anything. Not to mention that if I type in "John Smith", instead of narrowing the search, it will search for every John and every Smith. The inventory of Incident Types, Involvement Types, adding people to calls, etc. lists the options by Most Recently Created instead of any way that would be more helpful, and adding each individual person to a call requires a lot more steps that it should. The navigation of Resolver is simple in some places, and mind-boggling in others; and the maze of tabs that one has to navigate is a pro and a con. The possibilities are cool, though many are never used, or can be difficult to find when they are eventually needed.
