“EDR Solution - Great Product
Pros
I find it so easy to use and it ranks highly in the MITRE ATTACK framework and has been very effective for our business as an EDR security solution.
Cons
It highlighted a lot of our internal unsigned programs as suspicious, but with some exception mapping, that was easy to fix.

“Excellent Product with Outstanding Capability for Endpoint Detection and Response
Pros
The Deep Visibility feature in Sentinelone is the most impactful part of the software making threat hunting an excellent experience.
Cons
Sentinelone requires users to encrypt threat files with a complex password before downloading them. This makes it harder when checking the file locally. Using a browser generated password to meet the complexity requirements makes it even more difficult to remember and you constantly have to check saved passwords. It would be much easier if a standard password like "infected" was used or at least let users use simpler passwords.

“Great Software!
Pros
It is very easy to use and the installation process is smooth.
Cons
When whitelisting something that was flagged it does something strange to the file path. The actual path is not whitelisted and you have to go in manually and change it.
