Pros

Its AIpowered automatic endpoint protection offers great detection and response features. It reduces the manual workload for the security team.

Cons

SentinelOne does not have an uninstaller tool. If an endpoint is not connected to the portal you cannot uninstall it. The only option left is to format the endpoint. They also do not have a good knowledge base online for managing and configuring it. The support team takes too long to solve issues.

Pros

I appreciate the detection and response system as it focuses on malicious behavior, not just files. It has protected clients and users from actual attacks.

Cons

Sometimes it works a bit too well like when I am just clearing shadow copy data. But since such actions could be part of a malicious attack I did say its worth having to disable it now and then. Also updates occasionally fail requiring a complete reinstall which can be tricky often involving the cleaner tool and safe mode.
