“Protects us from fraud
Pros
The commission they take is very minimal compared to the benefits. The biggest advantage is that we do not have to decide whether to accept an order based on risk that decision is made by Signifyd which eventually reduces our risk of chargebacks significantly.
Cons
Occasionally orders get declined for no apparent reason and we have to reach out to customer service to get it resolved.

Pros
Signifyd guarantees 100% protection against chargebacks. We have been using their service for over 6 years and we have never had a chargeback.
Cons
When a guarantee is declined, sometimes the turnaround time for reconsideration or manual verification isn not as fast as we like.

“Offers solid protection, no doubt
Pros
The peace of mind Signifyd provides is invaluable. Previously we used COUNT to identify fraud but since we sell high-ticket items, we were at risk of losing a lot of money. And even though Signifyd charges a fee, it is still more beneficial to know upfront what our business costs will be.
Cons
Our buying cycle is quite long and we do not like how cumbersome address changes can be. As since our orders often involve large LTL shipments, customers at times realize how big the shipment is and want it delivered to a different location. And occasionally the carrier requires a different delivery address because the original one is not accessible. It would be great if the process for changing delivery addresses was more efficient.

“Watching what really matters
Pros
When processing payments for our products, it is great to have a clearer picture of the customer. As an e-commerce business we do not see our customers face to face when processing payments, so the extra details Signifyd provides are very important for us. Plus integrating the program with our order processing system was easy and we rarely encounter any issues with communication.
Cons
The only issue we have is with the reasons for declined transactions under the guarantee. For example there have been times when the guarantee was denied due to a suspicious-looking email address but orders with mismatched billing addresses were still approved.

“Saves us time
Pros
The time it saves us is a major reason we use Signifyd as a fraud detector. Another perk that became clear when I compared it with other fraud detection tools is the ability to resubmit declined orders after gathering more customer information. This feature is not available with all solutions. Also it gives me the confidence to make the final ship/no ship decision. While AI is great having a human touch in the secondary review process makes it stand out. Now I do not want to decline a legitimate order and risk losing customer loyalty.
Cons
Well I find the cost per transaction way too high compared to other solutions.

“Delivers on every promise
Pros
It has made reviewing and managing potential fraud orders much simpler for us. With fraud on the rise, it has proven to be quite an invaluable tool.
Cons
The biggest problem we are facing is the lack of protection in cases where something is marked as delivered but not received. This is partly due to our payment solution not being integrated with the system.

I actually preferred the older version as with it it was easier to look up accounts and customers.
Cons
Well I do not like that I now have to input parameters. Before I could just see a list of all customers and their statuses which makes it much simpler to look things up.

Pros
It is easy to use just set it up and forget about it. And the best part of having it for my business is the fast reimbursements and accurate fraud ratings with minimal false negatives.
Cons
There is no secure method to submit customer IDs or verify their identification and there is no white list or blacklist feature which if available I feel would make it even better.

Pros
We very much appreciate receiving daily notifications about potentially fraudulent orders. Plus being reimbursed for chargebacks on approved orders is an added bonus.
Cons
Honestly there is no real issues. It has saved us from losing money on fraudulent orders and the breakdown of customer information is really useful.

Once we set it up Signifyd requires minimal input from us. It alerts us to potentially fraudulent orders and guarantees that our online orders are secure.
Cons
The only problem I can think of is that you have to log into the dashboard to cancel an order guarantee which cannot be done through the Magento integration. Even though it is a minor issue as we still like using it.

Pros
Fraud management is no longer a hassle since we partnered with Signifyd. We have minimized time spent managing fraud, increased sales and revenue and reduced risk for both our consumers and business. Also their customer service and account teams are responsive and collaborative providing us meaningful insights. Overall it is one of the best company to work with.

Pros
Signifyd integration team was efficient and testing was smooth too. My favorite features are the Dashboard and Consoles. The color coded scoring and numbering in the console view have been proven very useful for our team. Also I use the Insights feature occasionally to compare data against GA and SFCC.
Cons
We cannot think of any issues at the moment. However we are excited to see the Decision Centre soon.

Thanks to Signifyd's expertise, we can avoid lengthy chargeback procedures. Also it is a huge relief to have our e-commerce orders reviewed daily by their team.
Cons
Guaranteed Payments only covers merchants for chargebacks related to fraud or unauthorized charges which I find is a limitation.

Overall it is very easy to use. Plus it integrates well with my Shopping Cart Elite which makes it simple for me to double check orders if I think there is an error.
Cons
Customer support is not the best which made the setup process a little difficult for us since it was email only.

“It blocks all the fraud

The integration process was very easy. It worked perfectly right after setup with no issues. Also it is a plug and play solution that requires little to no maintenance. It runs in the background flagging fraudulent transactions for us. And if any fraud slips through, there is no need to worry as their process for reimbursing credit card chargebacks and disputes is very simple.

It is simple to use and takes the worry out of selling online. As Signifyd allows us to focus on our product while they screen for fraudulent orders.
Cons
A minor issue is that at times perfectly legitimate orders get declined and requires extra work from our side to get them approved.
