Automation amount and the bugs we encountered during the integration were pretty frustrating. But, they have been addressing and fixing the bugs, which is a relief.

What I dislike about TruOps is the reporting capabilities for executive leadership and the complex initial setup, which took longer than expected.

I've been able to easily make all the necessary configurations and import data from previous assessments. The team is quick to enhance the platform and I really appreciate that they took into account some of the improvements I suggested. Integrating with other systems has also been seamless.

Cons

The reports could definitely be enhanced to make it easier for leadership to view high level data.

One of the standout features of TruOps is the incredible team I've worked with. They are always the same group of knowledgeable people who understand the product inside and out. From the Customer Success Manager to the support team, they are always available to listen to my requests, make sure they fully understand them and take action quickly. Their documentation is clear and the platform is easy to navigate with a clean, userfriendly interface.

Cons

I have not faced any downsides, based on my interactions so far. The product offers great value and integrates well with other applications.

TruOps is really powerful and flexible. It covers everything from risk and issue management to assessments and it works great. Their customer service is still the best I've experienced. They provide top tier support from risk and GRC experts, offering valuable assistance throughout the entire process.

Cons

The tool can be a bit difficult at times. It would be helpful to have wizards or simple steps for using basic features. While customization is important, it can make the simpler tasks more complicated.

I've had a really positive experience with TruOps, thanks to their responsive and supportive team. They always go the extra mile and are eager to help with new feature requests. TruOps has become a reliable partner in meeting our GRC needs.

While TruOps has been effective overall but like many other GRC platforms, it could be more userfriendly especially for non GRC users who may find the interface a bit complex.

Pros

Once I got the hang of TruOps, it became easy to manage across multiple modules. The platform has lots of customization options and is intuitive enough for our entire team to learn quickly. The custom assessments and dashboards have been invaluable in driving conversations with leadership. Plus, it integrates easily with Sailpoint for user access and review and setting up role-based access is simple. I can also customize communication templates and workflow schedules within each module.

Cons

Some of the workflows have added protection to ensure users are taking the correct steps but it can seem a bit click heavy. Managing organizational charts is also more challenging in TruOps.

What I really love about TruOps is its ease of use, excellent customer support, how often it's updated and how easily it integrates with other systems.

Cant say much, I've used the platform to create assessment reports and it works well.

They need to focus more on creating automated reports and the risk profile dashboard could definitely use some improvements.
