“gets running instantly
Pros
I'm impressed by how quickly this gets up and running with almost no technical setup needed to keep everyone protected. The OTG client is a nice touch for covering remote workers and people traveling for business. Really feels like comprehensive DNS protection across the board.
Cons
I wish it supported smartphones and Linux devices better. Right now the OTG client doesn't cover Android, iOS or Linux systems which is a real limitation since most companies need protection across all those platforms.

“Excellent content filtering
Pros
The single sign-on authentication against Active Directory has been great for our needs, much better than what we've experienced with other major firewall vendors. Content filtering and web filtering perform excellently too. I really appreciate how clear the web interface is and TitanHQ support is responsive and helpful whenever we need assistance.
Cons
Occasionally it blocks legitimate websites by accident. Also, if you forget to restart the device regularly, storage fills up completely and locks you out of the web interface, we have to manually restart it when this happens.

“Brilliant customer service
Pros
Works perfectly once set up and I like not having to install anything on each computer separately. Customer service has been amazing too.
Cons
Setting it up with our existing network was a bit complicated at first.

“Amazing AD integration
Pros
The AD integration is fantastic. Once you set it up, you barely need to touch it again. Adding or removing items from the allowed and block lists couldn't be simpler. What really impressed me was being able to mass import lists from other tools which saved tons of time during setup.
Cons
The importing process for blocked sites tends to drag a bit. I'm also not thrilled with the WADA agent though I can live with it since the AD integration makes it worthwhile.

Pros
I can create access policies tailored to individual users and different groups. When combined with my router DNS settings and Active Directory server, it gives me extensive control. Since we have users ranging from 9 to 43 years old, the ability to customize and group simultaneously saves me oversight work while providing the flexibility to meet everyone's needs.
Cons
The setup process took longer than expected since the documentation wasn't entirely clear about specific system requirements.

“Balanced interface
Pros
The interface strikes a perfect balance between being powerful and flexible which I really appreciate. Being able to impersonate clients for support and troubleshooting makes my job so much easier. The On-The-Go agents are a wonderful addition and the AD integration options really make this tool stand out.
Cons
No major downsides. The OTG agents occasionally go offline but a quick service restart fixes it right away and it doesn't happen often. Support is solid though sometimes it takes a couple tries to get them to fully understand the issue. Once they do though, they're quick to sort things out.

Pros
The customer service team was helpful throughout our setup process. Liam McCarty answered all our questions promptly and when he didn't have an immediate answer, he made sure to find one for us. Response times are consistently quick. I've been able to configure the settings exactly how I need them, giving me confidence that our team stays protected while browsing.
Cons
There are tons of features I haven't discovered yet and I'm not sure how to access them to maximize what this tool can offer.

“Helpful phone support
Pros
Simple to implement and when I needed help, the phone support team was really helpful and worked with me. Since we started using this, our web browsing has gotten much faster. I don't have to worry about maintenance either as everything gets updated automatically without me having to do anything.
Cons
Nothing major to complain about, everything functions well. The only thing I'd change is the pricing. It could be more affordable for what we're getting.

Pros
Installation was uncomplicated and I love that there's no need for agents or extra software on workstations. The setup mainly involves redirecting clients to use it for DNS lookup which keeps things simple. The portal is easy to handle and while the reporting isn't groundbreaking, it gets the job done. What really sold me was the price. It's significantly cheaper than other solutions we evaluated.
Cons
The filter doesn't always respect my whitelists though support usually helps me sort it out. I'd love more flexibility in reporting. Better filters and search options would make a huge difference. When a site gets blocked, it's not always clear which specific website triggered it. You have to dig into the reports to figure out if other sites were blocked at the same time especially when there are dependent websites involved that dont show up in the user's error message.

“Solid system overall!!
Pros
I found the implementation to be simple. It blocks exactly what I've set up and the safe search functionality works perfectly which is crucial for our school environment. Adding new customers takes just minutes and administrative tasks are quick to complete. Since we're using the Cloud version, there's no need to worry about managing the underlying infrastructure. Really solid solution overall.
Cons
Nothing really. Satisfied with it.

Pros
Setup is so convenient since it's DNS-based which let me configure and test everything on one machine before rolling it out across the network. The OTG client is handy for testing from anywhere too. Support responds quickly and they're really helpful plus you can't beat the pricing.
Cons
The lack of Azure AD integration and Azure webproxy image is disappointing. However, I have to give credit where it's due the support team and developers went above and beyond to help us set up a custom WebTitan proxy that works flawlessly.

“Issues get resolved quickly
Pros
Working with support has been great, no endless wait times or drawn-out sessions. Most issues get sorted out in around 20 minutes and the documentation walks you through everything step by step.
Cons
The whitelisted domains still get blocked unless I disable the entire category which is frustrating. Also when I make changes, it takes about 30 minutes for the provisioning to actually take effect.

Love how it filters internet access for anyone who connects to our network, whether through WiFi or ethernet. It's been great at keeping our students and visitors safe from harmful websites and phishing attempts.
Cons

The shared desktop functionality is fantastic and whenever I run into problems, their support team jumps right in and gets things sorted out quickly.
Cons
It's not really a downside for me personally but this tool is definitely more complex than something like Cisco Umbrella though you do get way more customization options with that added complexity.

Pros
Setting it up was simple compared to other providers I've tried. The configuration process didn't give me any headaches and managing everything feels convenient. The reporting capabilities are absolutely outstanding, honestly can't imagine them being any better than this.
