“Useful insights and security”
Pros
One thing I appreciate most is the information it provides from certain domains or social networks. Another valuable feature is its user credential management system.
Cons
Validating sponsored domains which are critical sometimes takes longer than expected which is the only downside I've noticed.

“Reliable support”
Pros
Getting around the platform is very easy which saves us a lot of time. The customer support managers have also been fantastic and have played a big part in making our experience with the platform a positive one. Setup at the beginning was very simple and the platform has been really useful for protecting our brands, executives and locations. It helps us stay informed about what's happening much faster.
Cons
One area I would like to see improved is the mobile app experience especially when using it on a phone, as the usability could be better.

“Limited features”
Pros
When it comes to executive threat protection, this has been a valuable tool for us. The depth of information and threat intelligence it provides is something I really appreciate and it plays an important role in helping our organization protect our key VIPs and keep them safe.
Cons
In my experience, the IDX product exists as a separate offering and I've also noticed that the credit freeze feature is only available through one of the three bureaus.

“useful threat alerts”
Pros
Dark web updates are usually accurate and tend to come through as true positive alerts which makes them genuinely useful.
Cons
Duplicate notifications can become an issue since the same alert sometimes gets sent multiple times which leads to unnecessary repetition.

“love the customization options”
Pros
There are a lot of customization options available and it also lets us use keywords to flag items for our company which is really helpful.
Cons
The takedown process takes quite a while in some cases and I feel it would be better if it worked faster and more efficiently.

“Easy navigation”
Pros
Getting started with it is very easy and it's easy to access whenever needed. The layout is put together really well and helps a lot with what it's designed to do.
Cons
Handling takedown requests for specific posts could also be improved, as I often receive too many email notifications when the same issue is resolved or repeated.

“Good at threat monitoring”
Pros
It does a really good job of showing what's out there on the internet related to our organization and helping identify who is misusing the company's resources.
Cons
Alerts generated by the platform sometimes get linked to vendors who are unresponsive which can be quite frustrating in my workflow.

“great for threat detection”
Pros
One thing that has worked really well is how simple the platform makes it to monitor potential threats and scams that could hurt our company's reputation. The status section is especially clear since it shows whether an issue is new, reopened or if a takedown has been requested, accepted or denied which makes issue management much more efficient. Larissa, my previous account manager, was also very attentive and in general both the account managers and the platform do a good job of escalating relevant cases which takes a lot of work off my plate. The setup process was fairly easy too especially because we were getting regular Excel updates from the account manager at the beginning.
Cons
At times, I notice the same older issues keep getting reopened which makes the process feel repetitive. It becomes frustrating when registrars reject a takedown request and there is limited ability to act further. More transparency on why an issue was closed and what caused it to reopen would be helpful. I also feel the platform should better identify false positives and continue ignoring them in future scans. Additionally, maintaining and updating the whitelist of domains has been another challenging area for me.

“simple implementation”
Pros
This platform does really well in proactively spotting and disrupting digital threats across social, surface and dark web channels which gives security teams timely, actionable intelligence before incidents have a chance to escalate. The integrations are strong and the automated takedown features help convert those insights into quick remediation, lowering risk and cutting response times for organizations. Performance has been great too especially since it can detect pages that were registered only around 24 hours ago and AI seems to play an important role in making that happen. On top of that, the UI/UX is easy and user-friendly and the support team has replied within a reasonable timeframe whenever I've had questions.
Cons
One downside is that it can produce false positives and noisy alerts so it takes a fair amount of tuning and analyst time to manage it effectively.
